Overview

# The Technology Landscape **Author:** Edmund Gunn, Jr. **Series:** A gunnchOS3k + WAIKE learning system **Subtitle:** How Computers, Networks, AI, and Devices Create the Experiences We Depend On

What is this?

A synchronized publication system for an illustrated technology field guide, textbook, lab manual, systems-thinking guide, career map, and bridge into deeper engineering and research. It is not a generic “learn computers” book. Readers begin with experiences they already understand and trace those experiences through the systems that make them possible.

Who is it for?

Learners and educators across six pathways: - **Explorer** — little or no technical background - **Operator** — regular device/software user - **Builder** — student, maker, career changer - **Engineer** — undergraduate learner or practitioner - **Researcher** — graduate learner or investigator - **Educator** — teacher, mentor, tutor, parent, or community guide

Methods

Run the repository locally. This Worker does not execute the native toolchain.

Native research runtimes stay on a local checkout. This page shows repository records only.

What is this?

An accessible systems-level guide connecting human experience to communications and computing topics.

The research code is not executing here. This is a research surface.

Why does it exist?

It gives this repository a public web surface inside the gunnchOS ecosystem without pretending the original runtime runs on Cloudflare Workers.

What can I actually do with it today?

Use the primary action to inspect repository records, then open the source for the local toolchain.
